In addition, regular staff performance reviews are an opportunity to get valuable feedback from your employees on how you and your managers are performing. Therefore, taking the time to appropriately review staff progress is essential.
This can be a daunting task for a veterinary practice owner, partly because of the time it takes, the knowhow involved in such a task, and often because of the personal relations that develop in veterinary clinics over the years.
